Hiding or Cloaking your Images Behind a Transparent gif.

This little trick will stop most users from stealing your images. It will not stop knowledgeable or determined users from stealing your image but will stop most users from stealing images. What we do is place the original image into a folder on your image host or web host. Then we place that image in a table as a background image. Then we place a transparent gif file of the same size as the image over the image inside the table. When a user right clicks the image they will save the transparent gif and end up with nothing but a blank image.
Your image will have to be sized to fit your table this way and you won't be able to resize the image via HTML but if you do not want your images taken this will slow them down.
